The process
and the result

I was responsible for creating a range of graphic materials across multiple formats, including ticket designs, detailed program brochures, promotional posters, trailers, informational signage, and various visual content for social media. Furthermore, I took the initiative to launch a TikTok account and consistently produced content for it. Throughout the entire process, I followed the existing graphic guidelines while also actively developing them further with new design templates.

As a result of these efforts, we witnessed an overall increase in ticket sales by 10% compared to the previous year. We also managed to boost pre-festival sales by nearly 40%, a period which typically does not see such high interest.
